Namaste yogis,
There are many ways to reset, recharge, renew, rejuvenate! My favorite way for a major reset is breathwork. It’s accessible (always), its easy, it’s equally clearing and recharging and highly efficient. Regardless of which technique - breath of fire, bhastrika, or transformative techniques such as Somatic Breathwork - it all works. You just have to do it. Enter the practice, let go and trust.
I know its a bit last minute but next Saturday I’m leading a breathwork session at True North (see below), join if you can!
See below for additional events and opportunities happening.
lots of love,
Marcy

In this training you will learn how to guide others through this powerful experience; beginning with YOU and your own personal experience and healing. Each session includes a breath journey as a way to deepen your understanding of the process. The training consists of five 4-hour sessions. Each session includes a lecture/discussion (1.5 hour), breathwork journey (1.5 hour), integration and sharing (1 hour). Final session is a practice session that will be scheduled individually following completion of the 5 sessions.
When we consciously, and actively breath, it becomes a very powerful technique that accesses the body’s natural intelligence to heal itself. When we control our breath, we control our physiology. When we breathe consciously, we stimulate the nervous system and influence our repair capabilities. This practice also has the potential to stimulate the influx of “feel good” hormones such as oxytocin, serotonin, melatonin, and dimethyltriptomine, all of which are highly beneficial for physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
